This policy covers “Learn Spanish: Speak & Listen”, published by Easy Language Software and available on Google Play and the Apple App Store (“the app”).
The app does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, or password, and we do not sell personal data. You can download the app and start learning without telling us who you are.
Speaking exercises use your device's microphone and speech-recognition capabilities to check your pronunciation. Audio from speaking exercises is used only to evaluate the exercise. We do not store your voice recordings on our servers. Speech recognition may be performed by your device's operating system (Apple or Google), whose own privacy policies apply to that processing.
The app uses Google Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics — for example, which lessons are started and completed and whether the app crashes. This information is aggregated, is not used to identify you, and helps us fix bugs and improve lessons. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Lesson progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because no personal information is required to use the app, it is suitable for learners of all ages.
If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
